Chronic rhinitis and post-nasal drip symptoms include an itchy, runny nose, sneezing, itchy ears, eyes, and throat. Seasonal allergic rhinitis (also called hay fever) usually is caused by pollen in the air. Perennial allergic rhinitis is a type of chronic rhinitis and is a year-round problem, often caused by indoor allergens, such as dust, animal dander, and pollens that may exist at the time. Treatment of chronic rhinitis and post nasal drip are dependent upon the type of rhinitis condition.
Professor Vlachopoulos noted that changing hypertensive medications in men with erectile dysfunction must be handled with caution. He said: “First, if a co-existing disease dictates using a specific drug category (for example, beta blockers for coronary artery disease and heart failure, diuretics for heart failure), then switching is not advocated. Alternatives might be considered if patients are at risk of stopping lifesaving therapy because of the detrimental impact of erectile dysfunction on their life.”

A common misconception is that erectile dysfunction only occurs in older men. While that is mostly true, it doesn’t mean that ED isn’t common among younger men. Lifestyle choices among younger men has led to a sharp increase in the number of young men suffering from erectile dysfunction. A 2013 study published by the Journal of Sexual Medicine found that 1 in every 4 men who were newly diagnosed with ED were below the age of 40, and roughly 50% of them were suffering from severe ED. Erectile dysfunction has various physical and psychological causes.
