Drug therapy with oral PDE5 inhibitors is the main treatment for ED. Sildenafil (Viagra), vardenafil (Levitra, Staxyn), tadalafil (Cialis), and avanafil (Stendra) are the PDE5 inhibitor drugs approved for treating ED. In general, if a man is a candidate for PDE5 inhibitor therapy and is satisfied with the results, no further treatment is necessary.
Penile implants: Penile implants are devices that are fitted on both sides of the penis via a surgical procedure. These devices make the penis firm but allow it to bend as well.

The bridge pose, also known as Setu Bhandhasana in the world of yoga, is an excellent exercise to strengthen the hip joints and increase their range of motion at the same time. How to perform:Sit on the floor or yoga mat with your legs wide in your front. You can use a folded blanket for support as well. Push your body into the left side and try to touch your left sit bone (the one that makes your bottom). Repeat the same on the right side.Breathe and make your body long. Resistance training (which includes weightlifting) has also been shown to help improve cardiovascular health. And as we’ve mentioned, cardiovascular health is intrinsically linked to erectile health.
ED may be a side effect of medication, including certain blood pressure drugs and antidepressants. Talk to your doctor if you think a prescription or over-the-counter drug may be causing erectile problems. But never stop taking any medicine before you discuss it with your doctor.

The doctor will take the person’s complete medical history and look for the causes of erectile dysfunction. They will examine the penis and testicles to look for signs of injury and check the person’s nerves for sensation. Depending on the cause, they can recommend various treatment options. Every treatment carries some risks and benefits, which will be explained by the doctor.
Extra weight can make a man more likely to develop diabetes or cardiovascular disease, which are both associated with erectile dysfunction. Also, carrying fat around the middle can affect a man’s hormones, which can contribute to penile dysfunction.
